Monthly Package
Each month you will be charged a subscription fee and the amount will be charged to your Credit Card.
Included in your monthly subscription you get:-
- Unlimited Free calls to other sip2go users. Where ever they may be in the world you can call them FREE, for as long as you want, as often as you want. They will obviously have to have a subscription with sip2go and be connected to a Broadband service.
- Inclusive Call Minutes. Each month you will have a number of call minutes included in your package. These inclusive minutes are calculated on calling all destinations.
For example if your Monthly Package includes 250 inclusive minutes and you use them to call France (calculated at 2p per minute) you will get 250 minutes of talk time. However if you use your 250 inclusive minutes to call e.g. Ascension Island in Zone 3 (where calls cost 55p per minute), your talk time will be much shorter 250/2 / 55p = 2.27 minutes long.
- Extra Minutes. When you subscribe to a Plan, you will be able to purchase additional minutes should you wish, over and above the Inclusive minutes. Any additional minutes unused at the end of the month will be carried over into the follwing month.
- Ultra low rates to all Zones. Because of the state of the art equipment and technology involved, sip2go offer some of the lowest rates to all destinations. You can call from as little as 1p per minute, with many popular destinations at only 2p. But the usually expensive routes are where sip2go is especially competitive. Just check out our rates table and compare with what you normally pay. The monthly saving you make will easily justify your Subscription cost
- Second line. A Subscriber can have a second line and number for a nominal monthly amount, which can also be used as a voice or Fax line. With some Monthly Packages the second line is already included.
The accounting period amounts to one month. If you activate a Monthly Plan, e.g. on June 10th at 1:00 pm, the inclusive minutes are valid until 12:59 pm on July 10 th. When you have used up your inclusive minutes all further minutes are charged at the Ultra low sip2go tariff rate. Minutes not used in the month will not be rolled-over into the next month.
You may terminate your participation in the sip2go programme up to the day before the process renews. After that, the next payment will be automatically deducted from your credit account for the next month. Does not apply to Free ATA offer.
